City Cakes is owned and operated by virtuoso baker Christine Hein. Baking and decorating elaborate cakes has been Christine's
passion for over twenty years. Trained in Los Angeles at the world famous restaurant Tavern On The Green, Christine has the
experience to make your dream cake a reality.

This green grape themed creation was inspired
by the Vermont winery at which the elegant reception was held. Each of the six tiers alternated between white vanilla bean
cake with European chocolate hazlenut mousse filling and dark italian chocolate cake with creme cheese filling. All of the
adornments were hand made from the finest ingredients and were color cordinated to match the wedding's reception.
